Bring your costumed kiddos (and selves!) and stroll around to grab goodies from participating businesses on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Stop into the Lincoln Theatre to take a picture at the Photo Booth, tag @mountvernonwa and use hashtag #MVDAHalloween2023 to be entered to win a fantastic prize!
