Skagit Valley’s small business incubator

Welcome to the Pop-Up Mount Vernon! Located in the gateway to our historic downtown, the Pop-Up offers a space for aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs to try on their own brick and mortar for 30-120 days. In this 500 square foot blank canvas, new business are given the opportunity to work out kinks without startup costs and signing long-term leases elsewhere in the community. Additionally, the MVDA provides entrepreneurs with resources and information to set them up for their best chance at success. We like to call it a small business incubator: providing the space and environment necessary to grow, learn, and figure out if downtown Mount Vernon would be good fit.

Stop in at 325 W. Kincaid Street and check it out! Visitors are bound to find all sorts of local treasures and creativity.
