Illuminight 2023 highlighted the magic here in Skagit!

Tri-Dee Arts, Illuminate Skagit, Skagit Watershed Council, the MVDA, and the City of Mount Vernon joined forces again this year to throw Skagit Valley’s most magical event of the winter. 1,200+ people joined us downtown to celebrate the wildlife and communities that surround the Skagit River. The night was filled with live music, education about local wildlife, and a beautiful community luminary procession.
