Main Street Moments Episode 3

We are excited to partner with Transmedia Vision this week to share the latest news and take you behind the scenes of Perry and Carlson with Christian Carlson.

Now that we are a week into Phase 2 of Safe Start Washington, and with the news of more vaccines are on the way to Skagit County, it feels as if we can all breathe a little easier.  The amazing Lincoln Theatre - opens back up for movies this Friday! We are so proud of how so many of those businesses have adapted quickly and safely to online options, phone in orders, and curbside pickup. Our community has really stepped up in recent months to support our businesses, we thank you and ask you to keep it up!

Another aspect of moving to Phase 2 is the increased hope that we will soon be able to return to offering fun community events that we enjoy bringing to you, like our seasonal art walks. February is usually the month that includes our annual Birds of Winter Art Walk, which was the last art walk we were able to produce before COVID 19. This week, we visit the Perry and Carlson Gallery, a place where you can enjoy art in downtown Mount Vernon all year long.

Prizes!

Don’t forget to share YOUR story about how you celebrated love this month in Downtown Mount Vernon! Comment with details - photo desired but not required! - on the Mount Vernon Downtown Association’s Instagram or Facebook page. We will select a winner on March 1, 2021. Our prize is sponsored by PAVÉ Jewelry & Design, and we thank them for their support. They always bring the bling!
